Taking a brand forward, from home crafted, too commercial is a challenge. I worked closely with Hullabaloos, establishing exactly what they needed to get their product supplied to a broad range of establishments. Working with Food Standards Agency, creating barcodes, adding ingredients and nutritional information were all really important.
